Can I get admission in computer engineering after passing ISC with 2nd division? I am from Bihar

    It is not possible to get admission, because DTU asks for minimum criteria of 75% marks in class 12th, and even outside state quota is bare minimum for outsiders. Plus, a decent rank in Jee Mains is required.

    Yes, you can but before that you to clear the JEE mains and have to secure good rank to get into this college.

    Sorry to say, but with second division in ISC admissions in DTU is not possible.
    DTU requires 75 percent marks in +2 as well as very decent rank in JEE entrance examination.

    Sorry to say, but getting the 2nd division in ISC is not going to help you to get a seat in DTU in any of the branches unless you crack JEE Mains with a rank under top 3000.
