Can I get admission in computer science engineering by CIWG quota with JEE main score, 88 percentile in MNNIT Allahabad?

I got 172 marks in JEE mains 2021, i always liked coding, so i went for computer science and IT as my choices. But unfortunately, i didn't get any seats, as half of seats are reserved to those rich (underprivileged) students (excluding some, but accept it, more than 70% of the people taking seats under reservation are pretty wealthy, and NO WAY underpriveleged)
