Can I get admission in computer science engineering from abroad without passing 12th?

I couldn't complete my 12th due to family problems, computer is my passion. I've been programming for last 2 years and i want to take admission in any university but i could not find a way to fulfill my dream. Is there any way to join computer science and engineering course in India or abroad?

It will be impossible. You have to complete your 12 first. Otherwise opt for short term trainings in applied fields of your interest and then seek employments.
