Yes you can get CSE and other branches as well. Your Rank is good. Use the JEE Mains College Predictior for Predicting Colleges you can get based on your rank:

You can apply according to your preferences. The closing rank generally changes year to year but you can also apply for ECE or IT as well as both are very good streams.
