Can I get admission in CU for B.Tech? I've got 54% in class 12th & 48% in PCM.

I have asked CU and the officials mentioned that if you pay the admission fee, your fee will be confirmed. is it true or will they reject me afterward?

Once you pay u fees u would face no problem afterwards. University gives opportunities to students in academics and sports too.
