It will be difficult for DY Patil, just because of your 12th marks, but definitely, you will get good colleges, just research for the college list and visit them before you join. -

Yes, you may get the admission in D Y Patil School of Architecture on the basis of NATA but your percentage is less in 10+2 it may make it difficult.
