    No, you can't. Firstly, you have to apply for the admission on the official DU website, then wait for the cut-offs.

    No, for getting admission in DU, you need to first fill the application form available on DU website and then after clearing the cut-offs, you can get admission.

    In order to get into the University of Delhi, you must fill the form and that is what makes you eligible for cut-offs. Without filling the form, you cannot be considered as a qualified candidate.

    No. To get admission, you should register yourself in a certain time period and pay the fee (registration). It is better to try it next year. Best of luck!
