Can I get admission in Diploma of computer Science and technology base of 10th standard because im fail in 12std.

it is better to clear your 12th. From 10th onwards you may get Diploma but then to advance you need a degree which will be available only if you clear your 12th. You can see IGNOU/NIOS. -
No, you will have to clear your 12th standard only then you are eligible for further courses.
