Can I get admission in direct 2nd year BCA after completing Diploma in Engineering in Mumbai?

No, you can't. Because it's a degree course so the duration of the course is 3 years and as per UGC guidelines, you have to apply for the course, either regular or distant but you have to join the course from the first year onwards.
