The cut-offs differ year to year based on the highest score. Compared to last year this percentile might be difficult to get into the college, but you can always apply.

Last year, the cut off for Computer Science engineering was around 81.5 percentile. So, it is a little difficult to get admission at 75 percentile. Still, don't lose hopes and keep trying till the last round. All the best, hope this helps.
