    Yes, but it will in the month of June/July after first year result. And this admission is possible only through DTE centralized process. DSE admission are not done at college level.

    Yes sure. Many colleges have the criteria to take admission in second year of B.Tech which have completed their Diploma or B.Sc.
    And also there is minimum percentage required in the Diploma for admission to lateral entry B.Tech.
    Please check the criteria of the college first.
    The minimum percentage required by the college is 60-65 % only in any branch for admission.
