    No, you will not get CSE through PMSSS as your rank is good. DTU is a very reputed college, among most of the engineering colleges.
    Yes, you can get another branch in DTU.

    It's quiet not possible but there is chances for you to get CSE. CSE is very fast filling course so there is less chance All the best.
