If you are not a Diploma certificate holder then you can't get DTU without appearing in JEE Mains exam. If you have Diploma then apply for LEET entry exam.

No, without JEE Mains there is no way to get admission in DTU. It is compulsory to get a valid and good rank through JEE Mains to get admission.

No, the admission process is only on the basis of the JEE Main marks. So you have to appear in order to get a seat in DTU.
