My JEE score is 82 and CBSE board score is 78% (expecting). I am from Uttarakhand. Category- General My father was in army.

If you have passed you class 12th exam with physics, chemistry and Maths, then you can get admission. Admission to DTU is done on the basis of JEE Mains examination.
