You need to apply online on the Delhi University website. There is no entrance. Your percentage in best four subjects is considered. Once the application deadline is over, all colleges come out with their cut-off percentage for different courses. You, can visit the colleges where you meet the cut-off criteria and take admission within three days of declaration of the list. After that second list comes out and admissions are done on the basis of the second list. This procedure continues till all the seats are filled.

DU cut-offs are getting higher every year. They usually range between 80-99%, 80-97% and 70-95% and 65-95% for general, OBC, SC and ST categories respectively.
The chances of getting an admission with 62% are very slim.
