You need to apply online on the Delhi University website. There is no entrance. Your percentage in best four subjects is considered. DU cut-offs are getting higher every year. They usually range between 80-99%, 80-97% and 70-95% and 65-95% for general, OBC, SC and ST categories respectively. The chances of getting an admission with 62% are very slim. Good luck!
