Can I get admission in engineering college in Delhi 2017 with CSE stream? I have scored 69% in 12th but I didn't give any entrance exam.

Well, you have made a big mistake not giving the entrance exam. Without that you won't be eligible for a seat in a government institute. So, you have the option to go for a private college or you can drop a year to prepare for entrance exam.
