Dear Harsh, Excel College of Higher Education is Distance Learning college. It provides Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech thru distance learning (corrospondance) thru KSOU. It does not conduct regular courses. It is advised to working candidates. If you have written AIEEE then you should join any regular coll
