Executive programs are offered by most of the IIMs and even other premier B-Schools of the country. You can have a look at MBA program offered by ISB. The college has an international brand and the kind of students coming in have diverse profiles, with significant work experience.

Hi Ruchi, I believe 3.8 months is very low work experience for executive program. You can apply to the flagship PGP program.
