Can I get admission in FMS, Delhi? My profile: 10th-7.4 CGPA, 12th-70.4% and a non-commerce student.

I want to get admission in FMS Delhi after my graduation and also want to clear CAT exam, so what is cutoff percentile in CAT for an ST category? What should I do to achieve my goal?

For ST category, last year cutoff were around 89%, so if you just reach that cutoff, you can easily get admission. Along with these, practice well for GD/PI.

The average cut off percentile of CAT for IIM will be in between 80-90. If you able to score the required percentile then you can apply for it.

Yes you can get admission in FMS Delhi. BUT your percentile should be greater than 85
