Through NIOS you can take class 10th exam, that will be the beginning. The last date is near, fill the form on their official website.

Diploma is a good option after class 10th, but after class 12th, one must do graduation instead of doing Diploma. Graduation is important for good profile in jobs. So, better to get admission in B.Tech after class 12th rather than after (12th + Diploma). Even B.Sc is far better than doing Diploma after class 12th.
