    I can suggest you some other best institute instead of Ganga Institute of Architecture , as I am not much aware of Ganga Institute of Architecture and Town planning. Chandigarh University is North India's fastest growing university.
    Eligibility of Architecture at Chandigarh University:
    10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics & also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination OR 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subjects with 50% aggregate marks. The candidate needs to qualify the mandatory Aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the Council.

    The Ganga Institute is not well-known to me. However, Chandigarh University is your best option if you wish to pursue a profession in architecture.
    According to the most recent edition of the QS World University Rankings 2023, Chandigarh University has been ranked as one of India's top three private universities, as well as the world's youngest university to make the best debut in the QS World University Rankings 2023.     All admissions to architecture degree course shall be subject to passing of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture or JEE Main 2nd paper.

    Yes, you can apply for B.Arch.
    The eligibility criteria to take admission in B.Arch is 10+2 pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board/university with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with more than 50% marks.
    All admissions to architecture degree course shall be subject to passing of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture or JEE Main 2nd paper.
