Yes, you can. Many German universities demand less than 6 ie. 5.5 IELTS score like ULM University but I will better recommend you: NTU Singapore if you have more than 90 marks in every subject including English and excluding Hindi in 12th boards.

It will be competitive but try. Most universities will be reluctant so you must carefully select the colleges.
