i have got 66% in my 12 and 60% in my graduation can i get admitted in a good university with schlorship.

Hi Shibu, the higher the grades the easier is the admission. At times even 75% are denied admission. Universities charge a minimal amount of Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Hence, scholarships may not be available. You also need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS to apply to German University. The
