Can I get admission in good NIT, IIIT or GFTI? My EWS rank is 35973 and 81 percentile.

Home state is Jharkhand.

  • With an EWS rank of 35,973 and 81 percentile, admission to top NITs or IIITs for CSE/IT is highly unlikely.

    • You may get lower-tier NITs or non-premier IIITs/GFTIs in later JoSAA rounds.

    • Branches like ECE, EE, Mechanical, or Civil improve chances.

    • State quota seats are another option for better colleges.

    Filling a mix of best possible and safe branches/colleges is recommended to secure admission
