Yes you can get admission in good university , today there are many good deemed or private university in which you can get admission

Yes for sure you can get admission in regular masters course. Almost all the universities like HPU, LPU, JNU, DU, SMU etc will admit you in a masters course if you fulfill the eligibility criteria for admission. Check their websites to know the eligibility criteria of a course of your choice.
