Unfortunately, No. Calculations are simple. Cut off for JEE-advanced is 115 for 1.5 lac candidates. Out of these 45000 seats will be filled for all IITs & NITs. Balance will go for government and top private colleges, therefore leaving no room for below 115 marks candidates.

No chance dear. It is better to look for ome private universities as:
1. Galgotias College of Engg. & Tech., Noida
2. Lovely Professional University, Phagwara
3. Osmania University College of Engineering, Hyderabad

Dear Rishabh,
Keeping in mind this year JEE (Main) paper analysis, last year cut offs and only your JEE Main marks (boards not included), some of the institutes you might get are:
Mizoram University, Aizawl
Shobhit University, Saharanpur
Amity University, Lucknow
Dr. K.N. Modi University, Jaipur
