Can I get admission in government engineering colleges with 65% in board exams?
I have 69 marks in CET exam, and 29 marks in JEE Mains exam.

Yes, you can get admission in a government college as they need only 45% plus marks in 12th.
You can get good colleges if you have appeared in the entrance exams such as WBJEE, UPSEE, COMEDK and many more. If you have appeared in these exams and got good rank, then only you can get admission in a go

Is ITM University, Raipur good or not for B.Tech in CSE? What is the highest package provided by any company for this college? Please tell me.
