    Yes, it is possible to get admission in Government Law Colleges in India through CLAT or MHCET Law provided you meet the eligibility criteria and score well in the respective exam. The Common Law Admission Test CLAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programs offered by 22 National Law Universities (NLUs) and other participating law colleges in India. Some of the top government law colleges in India, such as the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, and the National Law University (NLU), Delhi, are also part of the CLAT consortium.     Yes, CLAT includes over 15 national law schools (government) from around the country and MHCET makes one eligible for admission for colleges located in Maharashtra only.

    CLAT is more recognised and is reliable across India. So, you sholud go for CLAT but research about it for further doubts where as MHCET is only for Maharashtra.
