Can I get admission in GRADUATION after completing 3 years deploma in electrical engineering?

I have completed 3year deploma in electrical engineering this year. I have not appeared in 12th, and I want to get admission in GRADUATION in Magadh University. Can I get it. I am asking because some University recognises deploma equivalent to 12th.
