You can apply for the same in the following manner:
1)Demand draft is required.
2)Forward your mail to www.ibsindia.org
3)There is a process called sliding. (In such a process, a student is selected on the basis of merit).
On the basis of GD, Interview etc., the merit is prepared in which there is a possibility that a student might get admission as others quit even if their names have had appeared in the list.
In simple words, I believe you should wait for your call in IBS Hyderabad as the same is preferred over IBS Gurgaon.
