Can I get admission in HBTI, Kanpur for CS with an SC rank of 122 in UPSEE 2017?

No, you can't get admission on the basis of UPSEE scorecard. You have to take admission on the basis of JEE Mains scorecard. HBTU is no longer apart of UPTU since 2017. -
No, you can't as this college is now not in the UPSEE and this college has changes it's name form HBTI to HBTU and hence started taking admission through the JEE Mains score. -
