You can get admission in other good colleges and as well in Hindu College. Maybe not in the 1st cut-off, but you can get admission in 3rd or 4th cut-off. You can admission in some other good colleges of DU which suits you and your heart in 1st or 2nd cut-off, and afterwards, if the cut-off of Hindu

No. The reason is, cut-off is much higher and second, when you are from the other stream, you have penalty of 2.5% that means, if the cut-off is 97.3 percent for those who have completed 12th with political science.
