Can I get admission in Hindu, Hansraj or SRCC with 94 or 95% in B.Com(Hons.)? How to prepare for its entrance exam?

There isn't any Entrance exam this year most probably as it isnt announced in the official website.
Also, no idea if you can get into SRCC, Hindu or Hansraj. It depends on this year's cut-off. -
To get admission in SRCC will be quite tough but you can always try your luck. You will surely get some college in North campus with this percentage. Your category will also effect which college you will get.

DU does not have entrance examinations for admission in undergraduate level. Colleges release cut-off lists every year. Here is the link for 2017 cut-off lists- http://www.du.ac.in/du/index.php?page=cut-off-2017.
If the link doesn't help, you can always google the previous year's merit lists.
