The minimum eligibility criteria for LL.M at HNLU Raipur are as follows:

    • You should have passed the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or an equivalent degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in case of general category and 45% in case of SC/ST category .
    • You should appear for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and obtain a valid score in it .
    • You should apply for admission to HNLU Raipur through the CLAT online counselling process .
    • You should meet the reservation and horizontal quota criteria as per the HNLU Raipur website.

As you can see, your Class 12th percentage does not matter for LL.M admission, but your LL.
