Can I get admission in ICT through the MHCET exam?

I live in Maharashtra but I don't have a domicile certificate. I am expecting to score around 170-180 marks in MHCET exam.

Above 185 marks would be a fair bet for the same. But this was the statistic when I joined. In the last few years, the score's normal distribution has slid down as low scorers are also getting admitted into ICT.
