You should be in counselling and there is a good chance that you could get Galgotia's.

You can get CSE in AKGEC, GALGOTIA, ABES, GL BAJAJ. You have options of these colleges. You can't get CSE in KiET or Government College of UPTU.

You rank is quit low to get into the IET and JSS. Otherwise, your rank is good enough to get into the Galgotias, GL Bajaj, KIET and ABES.

If you have scored 1400 rank in UPTU examinations, then you easily get a government college. So, don't worry. You also have a chance to get top 5 private colleges of UPTU:- such as Ajay Kumar Garg, JSS Academy, ABES Engineering College, IMS Ghaziabad.
