Can I get admission in IHM, Pusa or IHM, Mumbai? I have got 457 rank in NCHMCT JEE 2017.

Yes, you have a great rank and you can go for IHM Mumbai or IHM Pusa. -
Please note that all NCHMCT institutes accept the current year ranks only for UG programs because your rank have already expired in year 2017. So, you can't get admission in any IHMs. However, few private institutes are giving the admissions for students who missed their NCHMCT JEE-2018. Please check NCHMCT website for details. -

IHM college allocation will depend on your rank obtained in NCHMCT paper. Moreover, you can also apply to UEI Global, ranked as Top Hotel Management Institute of India by CSR consecutively for the last 6 years. Visit https://www.uei-global.com
