Can I get admission in IIIT-Allahabad? I scored 101 in JEE Mains and 90% in CBSE. I am from OBC category.

There may be a chance in the integrated courses so yes you can fill up all the integrated B.tech courses here and try your luck. For the 4 year B.tech the chances are not there though.

I fear you wont get that bcz IIITs take students with very high JEE Mains marks.Around 200 or maybe more. But you can get a NIT. Just check the current requirements for NIT admissions. Goodluck !!
