Can I get admission in IIIT for B.Tech with 52 marks in JEE Mains?

No, never. You can try RTU colleges with those marks if you want Government colleges. Otherwise, you should go for private colleges.

No, you can't get IIIT or any Government colleges. You should go for Private Colleges in your city/town and in Your State. Fill the Counselling Form properly. Do your research on colleges and there Cut-offs. Good luck.

You have no chance to get a government college. So, you should better try for private colleges.

There's no chance at this score. There is no possibility. You should try for private colleges eventually if you cleared some tests then you can even get scholarship. So, best of luck.
