Can I get admission in IIM-A, B, C with 99 percentile? My 10th score is 75 &12th is 58%.

What are your sectional cut-offs?

For getting a call from IIM, you need to clear 80 percentile sectional cut-off. Sectional cut-off means individual cut-off in quant verbal and reasoning i.e data interpretation. If you have 80 percentile each in three fields and plus overall 99 percentile then you are eligible for IIM.
