Can I get admission in IIT after clearing my supplementary exam?
I failed in maths in HSC. I have qualified JEE Advanced exam.

No, as the JoSSA counseling will end in the last week of June and you got your results after July. So, they couldn't wait for your result as there are many students who are waiting for a seat with their marks.
