Can I get admission in IIT for B.Tech mechanical engg.? I have scored 64 percentile and 30950 rank in JEE Mains.

It is may or may not possible because of the cut-off of IIT B.Tech programme. Mostly, IIT cut-offs are high. Thank you. -
No, it is not at all possible for you to get admission in any of the IITs, or institutes accepting JEE Advance score. It is better to go with colleges which accept JEE Mains based on your Mains score.
