Can I get admission in IIT for degree in computer engineering after diploma ? AND It is possible then which exam I have to taken ?

There is no provision of lateral entry into B.Tech at IITs. As Diploma holder you can appear for JEE to seek admission in IITs. Diploma is treated equivalent to 12th board for JEE admission exam purposes.
