Can I get admission in IIT ? I scored 98 marks in JEE Mains and 89.8% in 12th. My rank is 113552

Anmol, since you belong to general category, these much marks are not sufficient for you to get into any IIIT or NIT.
For that you need an All India Rank at max around 30000. Now you can try getting into state colleges or if you wish then you can drop for an year and prepare for mains again.
