Can I get admission in IIT if I crack JEE Advanced?

I have got 72.6% in class 12th (CBSE) and am planning to take a drop for the preparation of IIT.

You are not eligible for JEE Advanced as you require minimum 75% for getting admission in IITs and NITs. You need to prepare very hard for JEE Mains as it is the only way for you to get admission in the best colleges of India. Good luck.

You have mentioned your CBSE percentage which says you are an excellent student. You have to know that to get into IITs, you have to clear JEE Mains and cross some score to be eligible for JEE Advanced. And if you crack it, you can get into an IIT.
