Can I get admission in IIT-Madras with 50% in B.Tech and 24 marks in GATE exam?

No, you cannot get admission. The eligibility criteria for M.Tech in any branch of IIT, Madras is minimum 60% in BE/B.Tech with a valid GATE score as per the cutoff in specific branch.
