    Hello Chetna, you cannot get a seat in any IIT because you need atleast 65 % score in your 12th boards. Also for getting a seat in IIT for B.Arch course you first need to clear your JEE Advanced exam and then after that you also need to appear in AAT exam held by IIT after the declaration of the results. After qualifying for AAT only you could be eligible for B.Arch course in IIT.
