If a student wants to join the IIT Ropar BTech, then appearing for both JEE Main and JEE Advanced is mandatory. Students have to clear the JEE Advanced cutoff and participate in counselling to get a seat. Hence, no. Students cannot get admission in IIT Ropar without JEE score.
