Can I get admission in IIT to pursue BE after completing B.Sc in maths?

No you need to apply for JEE Mains and then advance and get good rank and on the basis of 12th class you can get a seat in IIT.

Dear, You can do M.Tech but for that you should have MCA or M.Sc IT or computer science. All the Best
