Can I get admission in IITs after diploma in electrical engineering?

You can not get admission in IIT's for that u must have good JEE score only then u will be eligible for the admission. Otherwise u can try in certain other good colleges/institutes through lateral entry. like Lovely professional University,

What is your JEE rank? What is your 12th percentage?
To get into IIT you should score below 5000 rank.After IITs you can check for NITs, BITs, Lovely Professional University, PSG. Best of luck.
